MCEC Administrators Day
Thank you for registering for Admin Day. It is always great to see you and connect. This registration form is for both the hybrid and the in person event. Please use your home address and not the congregation's address.

Please choose one of the following workshop options. Both options will be available in-person and on line.

Format of Meeting/Fee
The meeting is a hybrid meeting. We look forward to gathering together in-person at MCEC, 50 Kent in the Community Room ($35.00). We will also gather on-line and look forward to meeting with those of us who are at a distance ($20.00). There is a registration limit of 35 people in-person. A light lunch will be served at 11:30 for those who can attend in-person.
Chose one of the options below to determine your fee.
Payment:
- If you chose Submit and Pay and therefore paid by credit card, thank you for your payment.
- If you chose Submit and Pay Later, please submit your payment prior to the event, designated as "AdminDay2023" by:
- E-transfer at financeoffice@mcec.ca
- Mail at MCEC, 201-50 Kent Ave, Kitchener, ON N2G 3R1
- If you asked for an invoice to be sent to your congregation, we will do so.
- Payment can be brought to the event. Exact payment is required by cash or cheque. No change be given.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received up to ten days prior to the event will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received less than ten days prior to the event will be refunded 75% of the fee, minus the cost of any meals ordered.
- If registration includes the cost of meal/break, there is no option to "opt out of the food" in order to lower registration costs.
- If the payment has been made, MCEC will issue a cheque for the refund for the appropriate amount. If the payment has not yet been received, MCEC will invoice the participant for the appropriate fee.
- Registrants who do not attend the event and do not contact MCEC prior to the end of the event forfeit all registration fees paid unless extenuating circumstances prevented them from contacting MCEC.
