Pense Comme Geneon - The Gideon Way
Urban Poverty in Canada has been a focus of the Mennonite Church for over fifty years. We are still asking what is needed? What we can do about it? What is sustainable? We know that God asks us to bring prosperity and peace to the city. Pense Comme Geneon/The Gideon Way is a gathering of Urban Anabaptist Practitioners to Learn, Encourage, and Pray. Like Gideon we strive to find God’s idea that defeats economic, social, and spiritual poverty.
Judges 7:6 The number of those who lapped with their tongues was 300; all the rest of the people had knelt to drink. - The Jerusalem Bible
