If you are registering more than one person.

Please note that the registration system cannot take multiple registrations. Each individual will need to be registered separately.  Enter in the information for the first participant then submit their registration. You will need to go back to the registration page to fill out and submit the next individual.

• Everyone is welcome! Each congregation can register delegates and non-delegate attendees. Please indicate whether you are an official delegate.
  • Full Member Congregation:
    Register 3 delegates plus a youth delegate.
  • Provisional Congregation:
    Register 2 delegates plus a youth delegate.
  • If your congregation has more than 150 members, elect one additional delegate for each additional 50 members.
• Please see page 7/8 of Discernment Documents for online voting procedures.
