MCEC is a dynamic group of colleagues and church leaders across Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. MCEC’s community of 106 congregations and church plants worship in 20 languages, and have diverse worship practices and theological perspectives within the broader Mennonite-Anabaptist tradition. MCEC staff team members come from different walks of life and bring diverse perspectives yet are united in their passion for the Church to thrive, following Jesus together.

MCEC@50 Kent Openings

Regional Minister - Youth and Young Adults - This .50 FTE role is based in Kitchener and is an opportunity to strengthen youth and young adult ministry across MCEC by supporting congregational leaders. The Regional Minister will catalyze congregational ministry by equipping and inspiring leaders of congregational youth and young adult programs. The successful candidate will have significant youth ministry experience and a vision for thriving Anabaptist congregations committed to including youth and young adults in the life and ministry of the church.

Interested candidates can submit their resume and letter outlining their fit for the role to Laurie Castello, Operations and Finance Director, hr@mcec.ca. Review of applications will begin on November 2, 2026. The start date is flexible, with preference for February of 2027.

Congregational Pastoral Openings

Congregations work with MCEC's Leadership Council to help ministering persons and congregations connect in answer to God's call. The search committees of the congregations will review and process candidates as they come forward until their position is filled.
