Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received up to ten days prior to the event will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received less than ten days prior to the event will be refunded 75% of the fee, minus the cost of any meals ordered.
- If registration includes the cost of meal/break, there is no option to "opt out of the food" in order to lower registration costs.
- If the payment has been made, MCEC will issue a cheque for the refund for the appropriate amount. If the payment has not yet been received, MCEC will invoice the participant for the appropriate fee.
- Registrants who do not attend the event and do not contact MCEC prior to the end of the event forfeit all registration fees paid unless extenuating circumstances prevented them from contacting MCEC.
Payment Options
- If you choose Submit and Pay and therefore pay by credit card, thank you for your payment.
- If you choose Submit and Pay Later, please submit your payment prior to the event, designated as "VoicesTogether" by:
- E-transfer at financeoffice@mcec.ca
- Mail at MCEC, 201-50 Kent Ave, Kitchener, ON N2G 3R1
- If you have asked for an invoice to be sent to your congregation, please choose Submit and Pay Later.
- Payment can be brought to the event but exact payment is required by cash or cheque. No change can be given.
