Annual Church Gathering Registration Form

Attendee Information

Please register each individual with PERSONAL address and email. Please do NOT use the church address or email.
An * indicates a required field.

Delegates, as representatives of their congregation, vote on motions. 
Each congregation can register delegates and non-delegate attendees. 
- Full Member Congregation: Register 3 delegates plus a youth delegate.
Provisional Congregation: Register 2 delegates plus a youth delegate.
If your congregation has more than 150 members, elect one additional delegate for each additional 50 members.

 

Language Interpretation

  • You will need to bring your own device and headphones/earbuds in order to access the interpretation OneAccord.AI.
  • The link will be provided closer to the event.

Payment

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received up to ten days prior to the event will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received less than ten days prior to the event will be refunded 25% of the fee.
  • Registrants who do not attend the event and do not contact MCEC prior to the end of the event forfeit all registration fees paid unless extenuating circumstances prevented them from contacting MCEC.

Payment Options

  • You will need a credit card in order to register. All registrations are done online.
  • If you have a discount code, please register as normal, with full price. Choose Submit and Pay. Enter the discount code in the payment box and this will affect the final price. You can confirm by "review your order." Please click on Purchase in order to complete the transaction. You will not need a credit card.
