Organized by geography, clusters are a place for pastors to:

• Meet regularly for mutual support, sharing, and prayer
• Share the leadership of the local gathering among the participants
• In regions where this model is new, Regional Ministers may facilitate the gatherings
• Regional Ministers will attend these gatherings 3 times/year, either in person or via Zoom
• Clusters of only a few congregations will be invited into neighbouring ministerial clusters
