MCEC launched a new website on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 as a part of the congregational website hub across Canada. It connects all Mennonite Church Canada Regional Churches and the Nationwide Church into a strong and dynamic communications hub. Pilot congregation teams from across the country will become a part of the hub in the next few weeks. There are five congregational/organizations sites set to launch sometime in February and March from MCEC congregations. The hub will then be open for new congregations to join in the spring.

As a part of this launch, MCEC will be changing our logo to symbolize our unity in our MC Canada nationwide community of faith. The red logo has served us well since 2005 but with this website launch, we will be changing our red logo to green.

The dove and olive branch continues to reflect Jesus's life, baptism and ministry; the Holy Spirit; biblical themes of creation, peace and hope; and the mission and values of Mennonite Church Canada and MCEC. Described as the color of life, renewal and nature, the colour green is the most restful and relaxing color for the human eye to view and is the most dominate colour in the natural world around us.

Several MCEC event registrations have been “on hold” in anticipation of this launch. Registration will be open, or will continue to be open, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 for:
