How to Enter:
- Think of a Name: Get creative! The name should reflect the essence of our newsletter – informative, engaging, and relevant to our community of faith.
- Submit Your Entry: Send your entry below by clicking on the submit button. Be sure to see the important information on this page.
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by July 31, 2024.

Why Have a Newsletter?
Our MCEC weekly bulletin is your ultimate source of information from Mennonite Church Eastern Canada and Mennonite Church Canada. Together we are transformed by the love of God, inspired by the hope we find in Jesus and called to action by the power of the Holy Spirit. We come together as a regional church to energize congregations, encourage leaders and embody God's reconciling ministry.
Each week we send out event notices, prayer requests, news items and partner information. We’re excited to bring you valuable insights, engaging stories, and useful updates, all in one place that reflect our shared values of belovedness, spirituality, transformation, community, hospitality, peace and justice.
Tips for a Winning Name:
- Keep it Short & Sweet: Aim for a name that’s easy to remember and spell.
- Reflect Our Community: Think about our values and the tone of our content.
- Be Creative: Don’t be afraid to think outside the box. Puns, alliterations, and clever wordplay are welcome!

How We’ll Choose the Winner:
Our staff executive team will review all submissions and select the name that best captures the spirit of our newsletter. The winner will be announced in August!
